TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE INCLUDE A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND A WAIVER OF THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN SECTION 10 BELOW, APPLICABLE TO USERS IN THE U.S. UNLESS THEY CHOOSE TO OPT OUT.
